Ground water discharge permit files, 1974-

The Division of Water Pollution Control develops and implements programs to prevent or clean up the pollution of surface and ground water in Massachusetts. In accordance with MGLA c 21, s 43, the division creates permit files to quthorize and control discharge of pllutants into ground waters.
